Our Story

The Quarantine Station at Point Nepean was founded in 1854. It was the first home of new arrivals to Australia often after suffering appalling conditions at sea on ships riddled with plague and pestilence. After their lockdowns the healthy made their way to Melbourne and beyond to build a new home, culture and community.

The Quarantine Station distillers was founded in the lockdown of 2020. It was created to allow vineyards to build their own spirits brands. It was created to celebrate the zest and flavours of the Mornington Peninsula. It was created to make local business more spirited to bring communities and business together over a good drink and better times.
